Honoring Significant Contributions to the Louisville Community
A highlight of each annual dinner meeting is the presentation of the Louisville Forum Fleur-de-Lis Award, given to a local citizen who has made significant contributions to the community throughout his/her career – both at the professional level and the community-service level.
